Student designer's use of CC results in Award nominations

'Fashion and Textiles: Print' student at University for the Creative Arts, Ana Luiz-Wright chose Concrete Canvas® as her material of choice for print experimentations as part of her Final Degree Project.

Ana was intrigued by the textures that could be achieved by printing directly onto the fibrous top surface and created her collection of print work 'Haptic Memories', based around her childhood in Brazil.

Ana is one of dozens of designers, artists and architects who have chosen CC for their design projects.

Since submitting her Final Project, Ana was named runner up of The Batsford Prize 2019, received a Commendation from The Bradford Textile Society’s Design competition, and will be exhibited her pieces at New Designers 2019.
