    LAGOON LINING

As a lagoon lining and bank protection solution, Concrete Canvas® (CC) has key benefits compared to other solutions. For this reason, CC has been utilized all over the world for projects of varying sizes and in areas where environmental requirements meant traditional concrete was not an option.

WHY USE CC FOR LAGOON LINING?

CC’s unique formula means it cannot be over-hydrated, allowing installation in wet weather and even underwater. CC produces no back spray, eliminating problems associated with using sprayed concrete or resin based systems around sensitive infrastructure.

CC Hydro™ (CCH) is recommended for lagoon lining projects as it has excellent impermeability and has a hydraulic conductivity better than 1 x 10-11m/s as per independent testing to BS EN 14150. CCH incorporates a high-visibility welding strip, allowing the joint to be thermally bonded with a twin-track air channel for fast and simple on-site pressure testing, and strong, lasting joints.
